I knew it. I had posted that 10 days into my Ceftin I felt fabulous - energy was great, felt "normal"....did the 21 days of meds...and fatigue came back. Just got my re-test results and they are the same - same bands positive. Now getting referred to infectious disease specialist and I will call 1st to make sure they are Lyme-literate, or call one that was recommended to me by a friend. I was only on 500 mg of Ceftin for 21 days....(allergic to Doxy). I knew it based on how I felt recently that it wasn't gone. Darnit!

tpup, please do whatever you need to see a knoweldgeable doctor as soon as possible  Infectious disease doctors are not usually the best to see for tick-borne diseases unless they specialize in them.  You have not been treated aggressively enough or long enough.  500 mg of Ceftin is too low of a dose to treat Lyme disease.  Three weeks of treatment does not even cover one growth cycle of the bacteria.

Have you been tested for the co-infections?  This is very important.  Many people who have Lyme are co-infected, and it can affect treatment choice and progress.
