While fighting this invader, should we take extra precautions like staying out of crowds during the cold/flu season? Or does that just serve to isolate us more?

Tell me what you are doing.

I take Vitamin C everyday. I've been taking Echinacea along with it too since this is cold/flu season. My daughter got that flu that was going around and was sick for a whole week. I started getting sick, upped my dosage of Vitamin C and Echinacea, and only had it for two days. It must have worked because everyone has been sick with this for at least a week. I only had it for two days. I don't think my dosage was high enough to start.

I take Amantidine 100 mg daily.... seems that I do well on this.

I also take a lot of vitamins, B,C, D.

Pure Encapsulations, love that brand!

Wash, wash and more washing of hands. I try to stay out of crowded public places. I carry hand sanitizer for when I HAVE to touch (like ATM pin pad and gas pumps).

Taking extra daily dose of Vit D3.

I just spent a week visiting my husband in the hospital, and I was really afraid I was going to pick something up in there. UGGHH!
