vitamin and herb dosages

I noticed in Dr .Burrascano's notes that he recommends higher dosages on a couple of things than I actually take, so I wanted to put my entire list here and see if any others in my plan are below an effective dose.
 
Morning:
Centrum Performance 1 tablet
Co-Q10.  I had been taking 1 50mg but Burrascano's notes suggest 300 or 400 so I guess this has to go up
Fish body oil:  1 gelcap 1000mg
Iflora(probiotic)- 1 tablet
AG immune: 1 capsule which has 300 mg arabinogalactan, 100 mg Ai/E10 whey extract, 50 mg astralagus root, 50 mg maitake
1 liquid lecithin capsule 400mg
2 tablets of triphala 2g mix
 
Mid-day:
1 capsule that includes 240mg maitake, 180 mg reishi, 180 mg shiitake
cayenne, 1 capsule of 455 mg
milk thistle 1 capsule 175 mg
quercetin 1 500mg
cat's claw: 1 500mg
 
Evening:
turmeric 1 300mg
flax seed oil 1 1000mg
alpha lipoic acid: i had been taking 1 100mg but the notes say more like 300 so upping that
L-carnitine 1 500 mg
rhodiola 1 340mg
echinacea/goldenseal: 1 cap including 250mg echinacea 250 mg goldenseal
 
I also use Beta glucan and aloe, but I've run out until I can buy more.   I was using 1 25mg gelcap of aloe and 1 30mg capsule of beta glucan.
 
As you can see I'll increase alpha lipoic acid and co q 10, but is anyone familiar enough to see that I'm not using enough of anything else?   Feel free to suggest additional supplements too.

That list is pretty large and I don't recognize some of them. My nutricianist confirmed the theraputic dose of Co Q 10 is at least 200 and alpha lipoic should be 300. You cannot take Co Q 10 if you are also taking Mepron or Malarone for Babesia.

I take 4 probiotics, two first thing empty stomache in AM and two last thing empty stomach PM. 1 Metagenics Ultaflora DF and a probiotic with 8 strains for diversity (can't remember the name). 1 per day seems way to low if you are on antibiotics. The strategy of one with billions and one with diveristity seems to be the best approach.

I had a problem with milk thistle upsetting my stomach, so I take Siliphos (thorne) instead, it was much easier to tolerate and is the active ingrediant from milkthistle. If the tumeric bothers your stomach it can also be bought in only the active ingrediant called curcumin from pure encapsulations.

If you are not taking SSRI's and are having mood problems or insomnia I use 5-HTP morning and lunch and 1-3 mg of melatonin 1 hour before bed.

There are some good studies on Wobenzymes for immune and pain support. Take 5 - 10 per day on empty stomach.
Magnesium seems to be a must for muscle support, cell support and pain, taken at night.
Vitamin C with every meal also seems to be a good idea.

If you do IV vitamins, ortho-molecular mix alternating with glutathione at least 24 hours apart is what my nutricionist recommended for me.

There's a really good book written by a woman doctor who has Lyme Disease, and she cured herself with Rhodiola. Unfortunately the book was written a long time ago ("The Rhodiola Revolution" by Brown and Gerbarg) and several major suppliers are not mentioned as sources. However, if you read this book and then want to source a therapeutic Rhodiola, don't go trying to buy it in a store. All the "store brands" of Rhodiola are simply the same grade of Rhodiola (from the same importer) just repackaged in various mg levels. From my experience, the worst are products that try and jam 500 mg into a capsule. Thats insane -- the book says that 150-300 mg a day is all you need, as long as it is a THERAPEUTIC grade (full spectrum, contains ALL the plant elements, etc). The best one I've found is called MIND BODY & SPIRIT, and there is also Verde Botanica. Anyway, whatever you do, don't buy it based upon how many MG's you get in the product, because then you'll end up with brands that give you nothing but a headache.

Thanks I am comparing my list to yours although I do not think I can swallow anything else if this is not enough.

1000 mg Quercitin inflammation
2500 mg Vitamin C
300 mg Alpha Lipoic acid
1000 mg acetyl L Carnitine energy and muscle strength
100 mg Hyaluronic acid dry eyes
100 mg co enzyme Q10 brain, gums, heart
250 lactoferrin
100 mg Nattokinase
600 N Acetyl Cystein top three for biofilm
1000 mg Grapefruit seed Extract cyst form of lyme
1500 mg TOA free Cat's Claw lyme
5 grams HH bartonella
B 100
2 grams vitamin/mineral mixture that eases pain

need to add some other stuff like resveratrol for bart, jiaogulan for circulation

When I cannot sleep corydallis root -works great.
The mushroom are a good idea. Do you think they are working for you? I saw something on PBS today and from now on I am getting crapaki mushrooms at least once a week.

for some reason it comes up with a wierd name for the mushrooms - I wrote crapaki

It's shiitake with two I, one I will get you caught by the language filter no doubt :P 
 
I have no idea if anything is working.  I have a lot more energy, mentally and physically, but occasionally I get a weird headache or something that reminds me I'm not 100%.
