Ok, so I was taking cheap probiotics and I still was feeling 'yeasty' lol. So, I bought expensive ones yesterday. I drank one last night and today I had a very successful BM. Well, then I had 2 other very successful ones. Well, now it is almost like I have, does that mean the probiotic is working? Or is it working too well? I thought you get diahrea if you don't take the probiotics, so I'm kind of confused.
I also started a whole body cleanse today, but I wouldn't think it would have started to work so quickly? Should I back of the probiotics or take more?

Body cleansing can start working quickly...depending on what one is doing as the cleanse.

Might be good idea to scale back your probiotic dose and see if that helps. Then to increase again, go more slowly...

Sometimes when you are trying new things you should space them out a week apart so you know what is causing what. Like starting the probiotic, take it for a week, before starting the cleanse. I agree with Razzle though, to slow it down. Also, i wouldn't start anything else this week (like the bath, etc) i'd wait a week or so. There is such a thing as too much detoxing.

Oops! Well, I have to keep doing the cleanse now. I will back of the probiotics and see what happens. And, in the future I will not do all of these things all at once. Thanks!
