I take my Cefdinir at noon every day but by 9pm my gut gives me trouble and I'm up all night, pooping every two hours. Does anyone have this problem?

I was having trouble with Doxy so they switch me, I still have the same problem. One thing I'm noticing (its only been 3 feel weeks on antibiocs) im feeling more energy during the day. I feel better all around, but still have gut trouble. I have Ulcertive colitis, so it's just probably being more aggrevated by the antibiotics. I was wondering should I switch to take them at night? I'm taking 600mg at one time they are blue capsules (300mg per capsules). Please let me know what you think. Thanks for all your support here on this forum.
Very mild left sided (could have fooled me with the "mild")  UC.Just found out 4 years into it I might have Lyme's Disease, going to a LLMD in December. Confirmed Lymes on 12/8/09 before my new antibiotic protocal from my LLMD, I  Started and stopped LDN ON 1/25/09 to mid May no improvements. Tried Asacol, Pentesa, Colozol, Sulfasulsadine and Lialda, they made me worse. A range of antibiotics, not much better. Supplements: Threelac, multi, iron,Allimed Allicin, Apple Cider Vinegar, very low yeast/sugar/wheat  No UC meds at this time.

I don't remember but are you taking probiotics? If you take it about two hours after your antibiotic dose, it will help. Did you also see my post about c difficile?
