The hydrocortisone and the Vitamin D-3 could cause stomach upset. NAC can actually cause you to herx. It is known to bust open the cyst form.

I am not familiar with all of those. I was put on powder supplements that we just normal stuff like vit c and the B's.
But I can tell you that taking big doses of vit and supp. is not easy. I took 50 twice a day. And I was one gasy gal. lol
The first thing that comes to mind is eating bread before you take them. And not taking stuff on an empty stomach. And drinking a ton of water.
The way to get vit D is to get sun for 15 mintues a day with out sun screen on.
I don't know where you live..so that could be impossible for most with the crazy weather.
Our family all got lyme in 2004. It has been a long battle. But all is well now with my children. Feb 8 TH of 2009 is when I left Envita. And I am celebrating a year of perfect health.

CG,
I think it might be the Hydrocortisone causing the nausea, this am I took it with the Omega 3 and Thyroid that I need to take before I eat and I actually threw up (normally I just have a wave of nausea that washes over me briefly, but it's usually later in the day).  I started taking the NAC to replace the ALA, I didn't want to screw up my blood sugar with the ALA (Buhner suggest using the ALA and also that you can substitute the NAC for the ALA).  It's funny you should mention a herx, because after starting the supplements I had weird joint/bone pain that I thought maybe was from the Glucosamine.  Maybe it was a herx.  KO

Try eating something before you take it and see if that helps.
