Hi
i now can't remember what I want to  ask.  Oh, do you "pay" for an outing, such as shopping  riding horse, etc..?   It seems like I do something the next day im sick. just wondered if this happens to anyone else?  I am very blessed i do not have to work I'd get fired, We just make do with a litttle and stretch it.  Im also lucky hubby is supportive and folks. are too.  I do not tell people i am sick except 2 of my best friends know   They know I can not commit because i cant predict how i am feeling.  Lucky to have those two.  Does anybody experience back of head neck pain that is excruciating on a regular basis?  well i hope u all are having a good day i am reading Pillars of the earth its sooo wonderful then I'll sleep

Yes. Usually if I go out of the house for an errend (even a doctor appointment) or spend a lot of energy doing something around the house, I wind up feeling more lousy than usual the next day or two. And if I do two or more things like this in one day, I'm wiped for at least 3 days after.

The back of the head/neck pain, yes, I sometimes get pain there and then I go get it massaged (my Mom helps with this, she went to school for Swedish massage training a long time ago) and then I put a heating pad on it, and that helps a whole bunch.

oh u poor thing, I used to just freak when the tv was too loud or people talking too loud, this DID get better and i doubt i was on antibiotic so hopefully this symptom will lessen enough so u can get out. I too would rather stay home when I am sick, i just don't go but on good day even tho I don't really want to make the effort I am always happy to see the world again. I am a christian I warn u up front and tell me if u do not want to be prayed for otherwise you will be, how long have u been sick? u can kick this possibly. I am aspleenic and was covered with multiple ems so that hurts total recovery BUT I still enjoy life in and out of the house I came to terms with it. My amish acqaintance is WELL !! trust me she did not take any antibiotic she worked when she could stayed in bed when she couldn't get up.

I usually get more of a vibrating numb feeling in the back of my head and neck.
That was one of my first symptoms where I said, "what the heck is this about?"
