I just found out I am pregnant with my second. Wow! I thought I was pregnant back in December, but it turned out I was just very sick. If anyone of you were on here 3 years ago you know how sick I was with my first pregnancy. I, nor my Dr, thought I would make it through those 9 months, but I did and have a beautiful 2 year old daugther and now I am praying that this second pregnancy goes a little smoother. I plan on taking my amoxicillin just to be safe, but I know all will be well with this one as my daughter is very happy and healthy. It is still early so I have my fingers crossed I have a much better experience this time around.

It is very possible to have a wonderful life and great things can happen after lyme. I was at my sickest when I was 23-26, but have dealt with this illness on and off now since I was 20. I will be 35 next month, but I have not let it keep me from having a family and buying a house and having the things in life I always wanted. It makes it much harder at times and some days can be more than I can handle, but with the help and support of my family, things can be good and life can bring amazing things into your world if you let them.

I can't wait to meet this new bundle of joy next year.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's out there, espeically the ones dealing with illness while trying to be the best mom you can be.

Thanks everyone. unfortunately I had a miscarriage yesterday. I was only 5 weeks, but it is devastating none the less. I wish I could blame it on lyme but I can't so I know it just wasn't meant to be right now.

Going to keep trying and hopefully I will have some good news to share in the near future.

I guess all the good things in life, including our health, are never easy to get there, but it is all worth it in the end.
