Lynn,

I know exactly what you mean. I have two very young kids and there were days I felt just like you. I'm on the road to recovery and feel like I am more than half way there.

I also had a headache that lasted for more than a week..but it was more like a brainache. I had aches in the side and back of my head. I had to force myself to smile for the kids.

It is a roller coaster for sure. Some days you'll feel almost like your old self only to be knocked down again. This site was really helpful for me and I really believe the detoxing has helped tremendously. Also, if you can find a way to sweat everyday..whether through exercise or a sauna, that is the best!

You WILL get better...don't let the bad days keep you down!
