Welcome to the forum:) It is very hard to say whether we think you have lyme or not since those symptoms could also be from other diseases. The best thing to do is try to get a Lyme test through Igenex and find a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor so that they can put all the pieces together since you did not see a tick. You will also want to read everything you can about
Lyme Disease so that you are familiar with everything this disease does and what you have to do to get better.
