I get these horrible sensations in my meninges? Can't be my brain, but it feels like it. It throbs and feels like something is moving around in in there. Very creepy sensations. Mostly in the back of my head, but also on top.

I haven't taken any NSAIDs for it, but would it help? I try to stay away from over the counter drugs, but these weird sensations are getting to me.

I've been pushing my accupressure point on my thumb (supposed to be for headaches) , but it's not helping. Any suggestions?

My LLMD is chalking this up to Bartonella. He did a wet mount and there was bacteria in my blood. Ugh, I can't stand the thought I have these bugs in me.

Hi lylaso,

Have you had your blood pressure checked lately? High blood pressure can cause this throbbing feeling.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I was at my LLMD's yesterday and my blood pressure was 104/70.

I've had this symptom on and off since I began treatment 5 months ago.

He did say he was going to check my cholesterol. I would be shocked if I had high cholesterol and I've heard having high cholesterol does not produce any symptoms.
