Thanks for letting us know..  Strange, I have been thinking about Jennifer lately and almost posted "where are you JelaineP?"

For those who don't know her member name, it was JelaineP.

I'm so very sorry she is gone..   May Jennifer rest in peace, she will be sorely missed.

Prayers to her family,
Denise

Was something negative said to her? How sad that she was feeling so depressed that she wanted to "let go".

I do understand the feeling though....I'm almost at that point myself right now.

No, nothing negative was said to her. I am referring to the negative posts that have been on this forum lately. People see that and decide that they don't want to reach out because the forum looks so negative. That's what upset over. I apologize if it sounded different.

No apologies necessary....I'm just glad that it wasn't anything to do with Jennifer. She will be missed....may she rest in peace.

And I offer my profound apologies for having anything even remotely to do with any negative posts on this forum.

But I'm so sorry to see in your signature line that you've recently been dx with RA! sad

nasalady,

Thanks Hun. I just take it one day at a time. That's all we can do. I sure hope you don't give up. I know that feeling because I've been there many times but we have to think about the way our family will feel once we are gone. I know it gets hard some days. Believe me, I know because some days I cannot get out of bed but I have to have hope that someone will figure this out soon....maybe even tomorrow. We just never know. Please continue to come here and post and find support. Just having someone listen makes a world of a difference. Big hugs hun!

I'm very sorry to hear of jelainep's passing. She was one of the members on the forum that always seemed have good input/suggestions. It was very kind of her to take the time to help others while struggling with her own illnesses. May she RIP.

Now I saw her post and obituary page...she was 46...same age as my baby sister. what happened? how did yo find out , Pain in Florida?

You can see where she was at on that last post. beaten by the disease and beaten by the system. the disability thing is the worst most degrading thing to go through. and if you don't have a doctor with guts your treatment is compromised from day one.

how did she die?

Does no one know the cause of death? I am not being morose -- I believe that those of us w/ this disease want to know if her death was directly or in some way indirectly the cause of her death. Well, I guess we DO know that it was Lyme inflicted, but in what way? Is there any way for us to find out?

How very sad.  She was so young.  I was blessed to have exchanged thoughts here on this forum with her.  She added much to this place.  Thoughts and prayers go out to her family.  What a tragedy.

How sad for her and her family and what a sobering reminder of what's important in life. Makes me ashamed of my petty grievances; there are so much more worthy things going on in the world than the minutia in which I often find myself entangled. I will miss her posts on here. She inspired me.
