Have been sent to Neuro for headaches (had MRI), sent to eye doc, etc. Told them were just really bad headaches/migraines. These just seem "different" than my standard migraine. The pain seems to come from eye sockets - sometimes like the front of my head head is going to pop off kind of pain. They have gone up on my Topamax (helped some but still getting them). I am having a influx of other symptoms lately after treating my Lyme (I thought) so could this be yet another symptom.

I remember getting other type of migraines and also headaches from stiff neck but these are different - anyone have any like this? They checked out my sinus too and they were clear. Thanks!

Blessings,
Leah

I have many different kinds of headaches with Lyme/babesia/bartonella. Most frequently with Lyme, I get sinus headaches. The pressure from my sinuses sends pain everywhere - to my jaw, to my eyes, to the tops and sides of my head. My other headaches includes ones on the sides of my head or on the back of my head. I can't really take anything for them, but they've faded with abx treatment.

I always have some facial/eye pain, but sometimes the pain gets intense around the temple, eyes/eye socket, jaw, teeth and gums. I've always had sinus problems but since neurolyme, the facial pain is really bad when allergy/sinus stuff flares. I take tylenol sinus meds plus use a neti pot. It doesn't completely take it away, but does help.

I am also fighting headaches, jaw pain, again right now. I am headed out to get stuff to do more detoxing to see if in fact it is the buildup of ammonia from toxins or the disease itself. I myself think it is related to adrenals as anxiety is high and my headaches are helped by sleep or xanax. But we shall see what happens. Best of luck to you.

i have had really bad headaches that last all day long. they start out mild and by the end of the day it can turn into a migtrain. I have long hair and have to keep my hair back at work and about 2 or 4 hrs in i have to take my hair dwn cause of my head hurting so bad. then the top of my head will hurt. I also expirence eye pain from my sockets that go to the front of my hforhead. I dont know if this is lyme related or alergies. I havnt been able to tell the dr yet. but this is been going on for 3 weeks now....and it could be stress related....
