Please give me some feedback here...I tried a tens unit last night for 20 mins.  Today I have been more pain than in the last month.  I'm having almost a full on herx I think.
Has anyone ever had this?

I was back to feeling great since 7/13/10.  Now I feel like crap.

Had you ever used a TENS unit before this?
If not, then 20 min. is way too long. Should start with maybe 5 minutes and work your way up. Yes, it probably did stir up a herx or some kind of "healing crisis." Perhaps a hot bath with baking soda or epsom salts would help?

Sorry you are in so much pain and having trouble with relapses... I hope you feel better soon,

It may work like a very very mild rife machine and you may have killed some of the lyme bacteria. However, the tens unit uses a high frequency where lyme uses a low frequency. Just a thought!
