So my toes are really bothering me. They are itching and burning like crazy now. They are very swollen and red and have very limited range of motion. My tongue is white again as well.

I had taken Nystatin. I was told to stop antibiotics for 4 days, take Nystatin for 4 days and then restart antibiotics. The Nystatin helped my throat issues with swallowing, but not my tongue. It stayed white and is getting worse again. Can I take the grapefruit seed extract with clindamycin and mepron or should I just swish it and spit it out without swallowing it?

Also, would it be able to help my toes? They are driving me insane with the intense throbbing and itching that is severely increasing today.

I have been taking grapefruit seed extract with those medications. Taking it internally will be helpful to you, I believe. (not a medical professional, don't take my word for it etc.)

Have you tried a foot detox bath?

I have not had a problem with GSE and my abx and have not read or heard of any potential interactions. Should be okay. I do herx with GSE though - it's a Lyme cyst-buster along the same lines as the abx Flagyl. I have only been gradually building my dosage and now at 6 drops/day. I take it with the Byron White A-L & A-BAB protocols and abx ceftin and biaxin.

Should add that it tastes nasty! Like chewing a grapefruit seed (as it should I suppose ).
