Anyone hear about the people curing or helping their Lyme with raw milk? I just bought some.

"I have been taking raw milk for our Amish neighbors for just 3 months now and for the first time in over 6 years, I have no fatigue from my late stage lyme disease. It only took a couple of days, and I knew something miraculous was happening in me, I could feel my energy returning, it had been so long….I forgot what it felt like to feel normal and not to have extreme fatigue. My brain is clearer too, Lyme disease cause’s brain fog, and that has cleared too."

Raw milk can play a part in anyone's healing. It's nutritious, and has not been processed, so it's got a lot of good stuff in it still. I use raw goat's milk (I have my own goats) and in Chinese Medicine (the type of medicine I use to heal) raw goat's milk is the only type of dairy that is considered healthy to use.

Please don't believe anyone saying that just one of anything 'cured' their Lyme Disease - it quite likely they just haven't realized the other things they were doing that helped as well.

If you can find raw goat's milk in your local grocery store, it will be as safe as raw cow's milk from the grocery store - they have the same standards to hold up to. If there is more than one brand, I would suggest that you try them all!! Different breeds of goats produce different cream contents, and while one may not be to your liking, another may.

Remember, raw milk will still have the cream in it, so it will taste differently than "whole" milk, 2% milk, and especially skim milk. The cream will go rancid first, so use your nose to detect when the milk is no longer good to use, or skim the cream off the milk and use in other things!!

I started drinking a unhomogenized good quality organic milk. It's pasteurized though.

I don't think it's a cure. I think it works by making you stronger which allows your immunity to do its job.

Even though people say that pasteurized milk doesn't have as much vitamins etc as raw. I feel better when I drink it and have better cognition. The milk I buy is rich in fat and creamy.

I really wish I had access to raw milk where I live. I'd have to drive really far for it and that's not an option right now because of my health.

Trav everytime you talk about your goats and having home grown fruits and veg, I get jealous! LOL I wish I had that on my property! It would be a dream come true

We get raw goat milk (nubian, the only one I like) from a local store, who gets it from a local farmer. My daughter drinks it the most. I can't say whether or not it has helped her to heal more, though. It may have helped her build more muscle.

Raw milk and raw milk yogurt helped a lot with some gut issues I was having. I was able to get it from a couple of the local natural food stores.
