I am interested in anyone's daily vitamin protocol. Mine is listed below.

Morning:
ALA - 600 mg
B12 Sublingal - 16,667 mcg
D3 - 10,000 UI
Inosine - 500 mg
K2 MK7 - 100 mcg
NAC - 600 mg
Omega 3 - 1000 mg
Resveratrol - 500 mg
Turmeric - 800 mg

Afternoon:
ALA - 600 mg
Inosine - 500 mg
NAC - 600 mg

Bedtime:
Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc
LDN - 4.5 mg

Note:
1: it's important to take vitamin B with ALA
2: Inosine increase Uric Acid
3: K2 moves Calcium around the body
4: Resveratrol inhibits survival of EBV and other great health benefits

Hi Maxwax!

Have you considered taking B12 injections (methylcobalamin, subcutanuous) instead of sublingual tablets? Many of us have absorption problems...
Lipospheric Vit C has helped me a lot.

I myself take:

Lypospheric Vit C - 1 sachet per day, 15 mins before breakfast

Magnesium Citrate - 1000 mg (sometimes 2000) per day

Omega 3 - 3 times 1200 mg per day

Zyflamend - 2 per day

Berberine - 400 mg per day

Resveratrol - 3 times 200 mg per day

B12 - 1 injection per day

with abx, and also started on Houttuynia

Lyme & Bartonella. Sick for about 19 years (34 now). Started treatment August 2012 with abx (ILADS protocol, different combinations) + Buhner's Core Protocol. Leaky gut, heavy metals, EBV, XMRV, erythema nodosum, Hodgkin's Lymphoma at 15, Lyme arthritis, many neurological symptoms, food allergies/intolerances, histamine/chemical intolerance and much more.

MarieLS: do you know what the levels of the injections are? The sublingal are 16,667%, which is great!

I thought about B12 injections. I am making a list of items I wish to be tested for through blood-work.

All vitamin and metal levels and EBV levels (never had MONO either)

I also want D3 Calcitriol (by prescription only). Once I get all these tests done, I can make better supplement decisions.

Hi maxwax,

Vit C - 1000mg 3 times daily

Reveretrol - 500mg daily

Triple strength omega 150 EPA & DHA

Vit D3 - 2000 iu's daily

B complex - one daily

Milk Thistle - 200 mg twice daily

Ther-biotic complete - 50 billion twice daily

S. Boulardi -5 billion twice daily

detox 1 - 3 drops every other day (LLMD has me holding at this low dose for now)

Ultra mega women's vitamin

I, too, am going to ask for testing on the vitamin levels. I am concerned why he hasn't put me on magnesium due to all my leg cramps and fasiculations. I do have methyl B12 tabs and will ask him about taking them during next visit.

I just ordered Ginkgo Biloba at dr's request.
