Any opinions on this? Does it cause a herx? Would like to add it to an amino acid cocktail for anxiety/OCD. I am taking tryptophan, l-theanine and lithium orotate.
Does it need to be taken with B12 as it seems to deplete it? Also read of it's role on dispersing mercury from the body into the brain. Any truth to that? Thanks.

I have heard a lot of good things about it but have never taken it.

Bbrian did u herx from it and or get flu symptoms? And do u take b12 with it?

I have been on it for a long time. I have never had a problem with it and it has not depleted my b12.

I have had a good experience with it. In fact a couple days after I ran out of it I felt some brain fog come back. I also give myself B-12 shots once a week.

Wow very good news! How would i know im low in b12. Heard long ago that we are all low in b12 because our body needs it from an outside source. Did u supplement without testing? I was thinking if starting 500 mg NAC, is that enough? Anyone have it work for OCD or anxiety? Sorry for the questions.

Oh and acharms, very happy to hear about your improved brain fog. But is it strange i'm afraid for my brain fog to lift. It's almost like it's been with me for so long that suddenly waking up from a cloud seems really scary. I would be asking myself, ok im more aware now.... So what do i do???
