I declare a moratorium on a scientific and medical phrase that does not serve us, the patient.

NONE of us has failed anything - we haven't failed diagnosis, we haven't failed antibiotics, we haven't failed treatment of any kind.

THEY have failed US.

From this point forward, I'm reversing this phrase, accordingly. I didn't fail treatment, the prescribed treatment FAILED ME.

Perfect! :)
Kid#1: Extremely sick for several years, very difficult to treat, improved now but not fully well
Kid#2: Very sick now despite being treated for years
Kid#3: Doing very well (ironically had the least and shortest treatment)
Me: Adv Labs positive 2016 (suspected I passed to my kids) - not as sick as others, mostly battling fatigue and yeast issues

Except for one thing, even if it only brought on herxes, with no cure, at least it confirmed there are bugs in us, if not specific bugs.

My favorite quote relating to this:

"Rocket science is tough, and rockets have a way of failing."-- Sally Ride

Lyme treatment is tough, and Lyme treatments have a way of failing. BOOM.
I have Hashimotos Thyroiditis and all that entails. I have chronic Lyme disease and all that entails. I'm currently taking Nature-Throid, Remeron, Tofranil, LDN, Propanolol and Byron White A-L formula. My biggest symptoms are depression, anxiety, memory loss, joint pain, GI symptoms, tachycardia, sweats, and fatigue. I'd love to help you in any way I can.
