how long to take herbs/supplements?

Is there a single, handy resource that tells you how long you can safely take an herb or supplement before you should take a break from it?

Most herbs - you don't need to take breaks from.

I can't think of any herbs or supplements that you need to at the moment


Artemisinin you do - but that's not the whole herb...it's an isolated constituent.
