Is there any reason NOT to combine tinctures into one mega beverage? Say, adding all my drops into one glass of water? I take about 7 different tinctures twice daily. I've been doing them one at a time.

Aside from how bad it would taste, is there any reason not to? For example, I'm out all day seeing my doctor and on days like today, I usually miss my tinctures in the morning because I can't travel with them. Unless I get a small cooler. That's an idea too. I kinda thought I'd dose the drops into a mason jar, fill with water, and go.

I think it would depend, especially if mixing protocols. I don't mix protocols - eg I don't mix Buhner's recommended herbs with a Bryon White or with the Cowden's recommended Pinella/Burbur (which we don't use anymore). Perhaps that's just being conservative. smile

I do combine several Buhner's herbals together. We dropped off most of the herbals now and are only down to a few. I do combine those.
Kid#1: Extremely sick for several years, very difficult to treat, but doing great now!
Kid#2: Very sick now despite being treated for years, still very bad
Kid#3: Generally good but relapsing off/on.
Me: Adv Labs positive 2016 (suspected I passed to my kids)-not as sick as others, mostly battling fatigue and yeast issues (heart/kidney issues resolved)
Treating with herbals now.

The only one that you should not combine are Cowden's Samento and Banderal that they recommend be taken separately by at least 15 minutes.

I mix everything together into a 8 oz mason jar of water. I also prepare my PM dose in the AM too. I do mostly Buhner with a mix of powder and tincture.

I always put my Buhner tinctures in one (1/4 cup) glass of water and down the hatch together...then eat my meal.

Whew! Thanks everyone. I feel like this is going to not only save time, but make sure I can take my tinctures on the road when I do end up going out - once in a blue moon ;)
