cervical headaches

everyone out there seems to have migraines. any have cervical headaches. they tell me that the pain is in my central nervous system. meaning that the pain just keeps repeating it self. central sensitization. that my nerve endings are over sensitive. been on lidocaine,lyrica,gabapentin.mexillitine.nortriptyline.topamax,thorizine,zanaflex,naproxen sodium,etc. now on morphine,and percocet to take in between the morphine only if i have to
was with thomas jefferson in phila for 9 months. now in columbia headache center in nyc awaiting botox approval. the only other centers i know of by me (lyndhurst,n.j.) is the montifiore headache center in the bronx, and the lenox hill headache center in nyc.
