My son is still having the daily chronic headaches in the form of head pressure. It's been everyday for the past 5 weeks this time. He blood pressure goes up and down often. Drops when he stands or takes a shower and other times it is high. The headaches are bad both with high and low pressures. We take  his blood pressure often. His doctor is ordering the tilt table test to check for POTS. We don't have it scheduled yet. The lyrica isn't helping at all and if anything he is worse on it so we are giving up on that now. I wondered if any of you that have the constant head pressure have taken your blood pressure often or noticed any change in your pulse or blood pressure. His pulse has been about 30 beats higher than normal when he has a headche.
