After seeing many doctors over the years for pain I finally was diagnosed at UCLA with fibromyalgia.  I was on Lexapro and Wellbutrin, with a normal blood pressure rate.  The problem with that was no pain relief. After keeping a diary for two years regarding fibromyalgia I posted my blood pressure and pulse. Curiously, after alerting the doctor with my high blood pressure during a physical I decided to go through the whole book for the last couple years to see what was causing the rise at my blood pressure.  To my surprise taking 60 mg of Cymbalta was the cause.  When I switched from 60 mg to 40 mg and taking 150 mg of Wellbutrin it turned a round my problem. I strongly suggest that people keep a diary of their health. Hope this helps someone.
