Hi. I have been experiencing headaches for the past 8 days. I wake up with none, however an hour later it starts and lasts pretty much the whole day. I have experienced headaches before, but not for 8 days straight. The pain is dull, and throbbing. The pain is tolerable, however it is just really annoying to have. I have no vision problems or nausea. The pain tends to be on the left, then to the right, and sometimes on both sides at the same time. The top of my head, like my scalp is very tender and sensitive as well. My doctor is not in for this week, therefore I have to wait until Monday to see her, but I did goto a walk-in clinic on tuesday and they perscribed me Tylonel 2 with codein. It worked for 1 or 2 hours, then started up again. I started having an allergic reaction to the Tylonel 2, so I stopped taking it, and now just using Advil liquid jels extra strength. They do not work, but it does ease the pain a tad. I'm not sure why I'm experiencing these for this long, is this normal? 8 days? I am under a bit of stress, and am currently getting past depression. I am really worried something is wrong with me, I have been getting really nervous, and have even started crying sometimes thinking its a tumour or something else. I have had thoughts of going to ER but in the end decided not too.. I am just going to wait till Monday to see my family doctor. Im 17 by the way.
Is this common? or has anyone ever experienced this and can give me some advice? thanks

I resolved my headache problem with the help of home remedy. While searching medicine for my headache on internet, I got some clue for resolving my problem on a newly developed blog www.herbalgranny.com
in which only one post was there but it works for me.
