How are you feeling now?
Have you done any research to see which headache "types" seem to fit you? I think the first thing is to figure out what's going on and then how to treat.
Have you tried accupuncture? chiropractic? physical therapy?
The diary is a great idea so you can watch for patterns. Please update and I will be racking my brain for anything I can think that might be a step in the right direction!

I can only imagine how hard it is to be the partner of someone who suffers with daily head pain, my husband is great like you are...he is always watching and listening for anything that might help.
