Is anyone on SSDI for migraine/head pain issues? What can you share about your experience? (if you feel it is too private you can email me by clicking on the envelope under my username)

I am trying to gather "real life" information and not just something I've googled or read about on the internet.

Any information is welcomed.
Thanks

Sara, do you mean SSRI? If so, I was on Lexapro for a while to treat both my anxiety and my migraines. It actually worked wonders for my headaches, but it didn't help much with my anxiety, and therefore I went off it a while later and switched to buspar for my anxiety. I then went through manyyyy different migraine medications, none of which worked, until we tried indomethacin, which I have now been on for a couple of years. Anyways, the Lexapro def did help my migraines. Good luck!

Did you get my email Sara? I (think I) discussed my SSD and SSI experiences.

I also was confused about SSDI...I thought you misspelled SDRI (selective dopamine reuptake inhibitor) ;)
