hi. i suffer from lyme disease and the signs of it are severe migranes and neck stiffness/pain. if you have this and also feel tired or weak a lot or have joint pains or muscle pains occassionally, you may want to get tested for lyme disease. i always got migranes before i got lyme disease. so when i actually did get lyme, i thought it was just another migrane. but it moved into my neck and i couldnt move it at all for days. then i started feeling weak in my legs and it hurt to walk. then the joint pain came. so, if you have any of these symptoms, you might want to get blood work done to see if you have lyme. its better know!

I sure hope you start to improve soon! Lyme is an awful thing indeed. I have been tested many times and always come back normal. My arthritis was a sudden onset and I still feel lyme or erliciosis(spelled wrong, the other tick disease) Could be the cause.

I also have headaches/migraines and neck issues.

Thanks for suggesting this for others! Hope it helps!

Staying fit and exercising to keep the muscles of the neck stronger and more resistant to injury.
Avoiding exposure to someone who has meningitis ยท driving defensively to avoid motor vehicle accidents. Following sports safety guidelines for children, adolescents, and adults. Seeking immediate medical care for a major injury, and using precautions when a person has been injured to decrease the likelihood of further injury.
