I sometimes get what you are calling silent migraines, but I have realized that I'm only seventeen and I can't do anything to get rid of them besides to stop, settle down, relax, and try not to stress. I have tried many pills to help and I have found that nothing really helps.

Hey You guys,

The migranes could be because of a loss of calcium and selenium in the brain. These are very basic nutrients and when we don't have enough of them in our diet and in our systems, it causes things like migranes and other health issues. So, look into a good supplement that contains both Calcium and Selenium to be sure you are getting the proper and essential nutrients to the brain. A good one is called Neuro-Boost. It has worked wonders for people who have been suffering from headaches and migranes for years. www.saygoodbyetoheadaches.com

Once you get that calcium and selenium in your system, those headaches and migranes are going to go away.

Peace and I wish you all the best!

I have these all the time. I will feel all the basic migraine symptoms including sometimes clumsiness, difficulty forming words, excessive yawning, blurred vision, sensitivity to light etc. and have no major pain symptom. I found taking pain meds still can help this form of migraine.
