Hey guys, for a week I have been feeling like I am stoned when I have not smoked for a month. Like my head feels tight, compacted, heavy, my eyes feel low, even some effects that I get when i am high are showing up, like noises are amplified, (my brother closed his flip phone today and it really scared me because it sounded so loud.) This is really scaring me because I feel like I will never go back to the way I was before. Here is a timeline of how this happened:

June 25 2010: Took 7 hits of a very potent sativa, got very high, came crashing down and felt very tired.

June 26 2010-June 30 2010: Felt very groggy, tired, sick, slow, short term memory etc.

NOW HERE IS THE WEIRD PART:

July 1 2010-July 18 2010: Felt 100% normal, recovered, sober, no memory problems, felt like the old me.

July 19 2010- to present (July 24 2010) Something is wrong, my head feels heavy, slow, compacted and tight, my memory is terrible, concentration is so off, feel stupid, I basically feel stoned (the physical feeling you get in your head when you are stoned is what I am feeling right now.)

I have had this for 5 days now, and it is completely terrible, I did not smoke, and the THC is all gone, I feel like cannabis went in and changed my brain chemistry then escaped and now I cant do anything about it. And please for all the people that are going to say, "its not the weed, your just imagining" I am not imagining, believe me. This feeling is indescribable, its like I feel stoned 24/7. Has anyone ever had this? Will it go away? The weed was not laced by the way.

Hey Mike, Sounds to me like lyme disease. Have you ever been tested? I have lyme myself and I feel that way all the time. Your best bet is to find a lyme literate doctor and have a blood test done through Igenex. This is the best and most accurate test for lyme disease. I had two false negitives before a positive through Igenex. Good luck _ Paul
