Yes that is right, pregnant. Here starts the worrying that goes with my pregnancies. I have had 2 miscarriages and 2 healthy girls. I can't take much for the pain so I will endure 9 months of agony. Looks like I won't be going to the pain clinic until I've had the baby. Just thought I would let you all know. :-)

Trace, I know you already have your hands full with your two little ones now, so this might not be the best news for your right now. DO NOT JUST SKIP THE PAIN CLINIC, OK?  There may be some ways that they can help you without doing anything that might jeopardize your pregnancy. Things like relaxation exercises, hypnosis, biofeedback, massage, aromatherapy, acupressure.

Keep your appointments! Please!

Thanks for the congrats. I get so worried when I am pregnant especially when it is so early. I've already had 2 miscarriages before I had the girls. SOOOOO I get so paranoid. I will keep that appointment. My headaches are already driving me nuts and the fact that I can't take much makes all the more worse. Once again thanks and I will keep you all updated on my situation.

Trace, I've discovered that I can get a break from a migraine by going for a walk. But since I can't walk very long because of my recent spinal surgery, I'm walking at stores and leaning on shopping carts. I don't know why it works, and of course, I don't know if it will work for you, but I just thought I'd pass it along. It's worth a try. Going for a walk with your little girls will be fun for them, too.

I would love to congratulate you, too. I hope you're happy with your news. You are understandably worried. I'm glad you're going to keep your appointment.
