In July of 2015 I had a horrible headache that took forever to go away! It was all in the back of my head, I had burning, and tightness. That finally cleared up, however since then I still get aches in the back of my head every single day! One Doctor told me it was Occipital Neuralgia, I did the nerve blocks, it didn't do anything but make the back of my head sore. I've had a MRI of my brain it's fine. I tried chiropractor that didn't help - he said my neck is to tense and he could never adjust me. I saw a 2nd neurologist here recently, he doesn't think I have ON he pressed on those nerves and that didn't bother me, he said people with ON you can't do that to. I've been on amitriptyline, anti-inflammatory, I am now on baclofen (muscle relaxer), nothing makes it GO AWAY for good! I don't get it, I have no idea what is causing this! Can this be anxiety? I do have healthy anxiety, I constantly worry about something being wrong with me, I don't take anything for it. But is it possible that it's anxiety? I have a desk job where I look at 2 computers for 8 hours. I just don't know what to do or what it could be anymore? It's very stressful. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks! shocked

I would have to say that your job sounds like the culprit, Sherlock would agree!

The link above has some great info for you on the pain, work and coping...
