In the past month, I tracked my headaches and I counted 15 different instances of headaches, one really bad one - I'd probably classify it as a migraine. Most of them are in the same spot- front over my eyes and in my forehead. I rotate with over the counter pain relievers - sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn't.

I haven't been able to track any trigggers- chocolate, cheese, scents, stress, etc. Sometimes I wake up with the headache and other times it comes in the evening.

I guess I don't know whether I should call my primary doc or if I should just deal with it. Is there anything they might able to do to help it?

Sounds like it could be anything from sinus's to cluster pain.

Call your doc and get checked out. Do not let it wait. Sinus infections can last a long time.

Its worth seeing a neurologist, even if just for peace of mind. They might be able to help you better track down the triggers or identify what might be causing the headaches.
