I have just stopped taking lisinipril

It was part of my 'cocktail'. MY Neuro headache center I going to in 2014-2015 after about 6 months, left me to an intern, that was insecure.
Requests to see Doc or change doc fell on deaf ears.
I was assured all changes were reviewed by DOC.

Meds were just thrown at the pain, I was up to 8 meds at one time.
Lisinpril was 10mg 2 x day

I will tell you the side effects I had, but remember everyone is different. But on the other hand there are so many other meds to choice from. I knew of the dry cough immediately, Lemon water worked well.

When I weaned off I discovered the following side effects:

Blurry vision
increased lack of concentration
short of breath, mild chest pains. [this is a cardiac med]
low stamina
bad insomnia

I started seeing a Neuro at Kennedy Alliance. I am down to 3meds. Pain lever is 3-5 from 7-9, huge diff. I found out in 2017, this med DID NOTHING FOR MY PAIN.

I am on -
Topirimate 200mg 2x day
50mg 1x day
Baclofen. 5mg. 3x day
Prochlorperazine 10mg 1-3 tabs a day as needed

Imitrex nasal. When I have cluster, face and trigeminal pain all at once.

I hope this helps you
