I woke up this morning at 5 am because of the pain from my headache.  It felt like a sinus headache but I think it was a migraine.  It hurt only on the right side of my head, all around my right eye, down beheind my ear and the back of my neck where the head and neck meet.  I got out of bed at 7am, took 2 extra strength tylenol and a halls because I couldn't breathe thru my nose on the right side, it wasn't congestion it was just closed.  I put the heating pad on my head for 15 minutes and most of the pain went away.  Now its 9:30am and the pain is mostly gone, I just feel really out of it and my neck and shoulders feel a little achey.

I get headaches like this usually atleast once a week.  I will usually wake up with them and sometimes they go away and sometimes they get worse (light sensitivity, nausea, and I just need to lay down in a dark room and try to go to sleep).

So I guess my question is:  Is there such a thing as a mild migraine?
