Hi,
I have been getting Migraines for about 10 years now and only get them a few times a year.
But this spring I started jogging to get into better shape and the day after I started I got a migraine and got them every day until I stopped jogging.
Has anyone ever herd of this. Just wanted to see if that was the actual reason for me getting the migraines.

Thanks in advance.

Movement associated/induced migraine.  I cannot jog or do high impact sports for the same reason.  In fact sometimes just any type of physical exertion can trigger one.
There is quite a few references on the internet related to this.  I believe there are some old postings on this forum as well in regards to this.
I am so sorry that you are going through this.  Not fun at all, especially when you've made such a valiant effort at getting excercise.
I have found that chiropractic therapy helps with this.  Maybe consult a physiotherapist.  But definately discuss it with your doctor.

Good luck to you,
Vicky
