I agree with <!--StartFragment --> JASON D WARE.  I have the same feelings <!--StartFragment --> sensation of fullness on the side of my face and i can feel movement like a pulse. or sometime just random motion activity. I mean he said it the best.  I feel the same I went to allergraist last week who gave me singuliar and intel a pump for my asthma.  I have been taking that for about a week now and the last two day i feel the head.  I get the same feels not so much a pain but a wierd pulse feeling kinda like its moving.  Going down the left side of my head to my neck.  My neck too has the same feelings a pulse feeling even the top of head gets a feeling or too sometimes. But my neck also as I write this gets it bad.  I also have just now feel a pain in my leg kinda a strain feeling not so numb although some numbness but not as bad as when it falls asleep. I'm a person who worries and freaks out I do have Anixety disorder and hypercandra.  I went to my doctor again today my and she checked me out also my eyes have been kinda wierd.  A little light headed and sometimes motion slows for a sec like a spell but if i stand still it goes away.  Today my doctor checked me out and said it was just sinuses causing the problem but I dunt know again I worry and i feel scared now about why my leg hurts and the head and neck still feel this way.  I worry to that i'm not explaining the best not the best writer.  PLease help me I'm very nervious and scared right now. pLease I'm freaking out.  Can anybody help me i'm sitting here worrying myself to death please.

Hi falocazzo,

Welcome to Healing Well. Sorry you are suffering so at the moment. I have suffered from anxiety panic on and off and understand how it can really grip you and frighten you to death. I am not a doctor so I can only talk from my own experience but I think the anxiety is making your headache worse and also creating tension around your body which in turn can give pain in odd places - like your legs or neck.

Try to find something to do that you enjoy, something you really have to concentrate on. Then to begin with it will be hard to get going so keep telling yourself that you are ok and that you can do this. It could be a jigsaw puzzle or a book or sewing, but it needs to be something that will absorb your thinking. Gradually you will calm down and not feel so worried.

I have been light headed from anxiety/panic and that is all it is, so try not to worry keep in touch here and there are a great bunch of people over on the anxiety/panic forum who are very supportive. Let us know how you get on. Take care Ann.
