How to differentiate between a migraine and a headache??

As the subject title states I wanted to know how to differentiate between a migraine and a headache...I very often suffers from headache sad and it is really very unbearable!!!I have to take medication in order to calm it...

Welcome to Healing Well. In order to help you further, I really need to know a bit more about the headaches you do suffer from?

But meanwhile, if it helps Migraine is usually a one sided strong throbbing pain, but everyone's experience is a little different!
