I have been under a lot of stress for awhile now, but this week has been even worse.  Last night I got a migraine.  I took my meds, but they didn't help much, and oh the nausea was awful.  I took phenergan + pain med.  Well, I say they didn't help much:  they helped, but it was like it would ease up a little for a few mins then it would come back full force.  I was trying to do something, but the nausea and pain got so bad, I just had to go to bed quickly.
I wake up this am and I still have the dull pain and that funny hangover feeling I often get.  I took my pain med again, but that dull pain is still there, and more than likely it will come on full blast in a little bit, (feels all too familiar ).
Right now, so many things are going on, that it is no wonder.  The most pressing is that I have to call the man who financed us this house, ( he is a family friend and was good enough to do this, so I really feel bad ), because we are behind on our payments, and I don't have any money to send him.  I dread that one so bad.  Our vehicle is messed up - won't start - hubby gone to work on it at his Daddy's house and is probably just the battery, but considering we only have $100.00 to our name, it is major. I have applied for disability, and now my hubby isn't working since last Tuesday (long story on that one).  Oh, the list goes on and on and I am just stressed to the max.

Well, last pm I ended up with a fever of 101.0 and chills along with the migraine. The only other symptom I had was my heart rate and rhythm was all over the place: fast then slow, extra beats then skipping beats and a funny feeling, kina like palpatations, but even with stethascope, the rythm changes were very distinct. I have had this before; more recently especially with movement. I did have some abdominal pain, but I have IBS and that is not really unusual: this afternoon, I was very constipated and although my bowels were moving some, I was having a hard time so I used an enema and that worked, but it made me very nauseated. I did still have a bit of a headache today, but not that migraine type. This is the 2nd time in 2 wks that I have had a fever of unknown origin. Anyone relate to any of this; please respond if you have any advice.
