Anyone experience this, I got my nortic track out and did a total of only 15 minutes and then after I was done, I was shaking and trembling so bad I had an unusual experience of trying to eat a salad and keeping the lettuce on the fork, never mind trying to get it in my mouth, it was on the amusing side but it was also a bit of concern too. I also notice considerable blury vision in the right eye.

It sounds like you overworked some muscles.  You need to remember that some muscles aren't getting the proper signals from the brain (that's what happens when lesions form...the signals don't get through) so other muscles are trying to compensate for the loss.  And if they're not well tuned, you'll experience what you did.  Another thought -- you may have gotten overheated, which is WAY easy to do if you have MS.  Often when that happens to me, a lot of symptoms worsen, at least temporarily, until I cool back down.

Probably need to reduce your workout time. Maybe do it for less time, but more often, if you feel the need.

Auggie, this frequently happens to me. The tingling and buzzing last for about half an hour after exercise. I walk for about 6km usually twice a week and this symptom is now the norm for me. i don't know why. It doesn't hurt but is quite weird.

HI there, I get the trembles too. But they seem to be more inner than anything else. And I notice them the most after I go to bed, or lay down to have a nap. I also get them right after I wake up, or have been laying down for any length of time.

Also, and not always, when I walk any distance at all, I get a tingling feeling around me knees, does not last long, and does not hurt, it just feels funny

Have a nice day,

Gary
