I have two and a half months of copaxone, obviously that will last, but I need my money back from this last batch it arrived this morning and drained my checking account. Does anyone know how to get a refund?

Why do you need a refund? Are you switching to something else, or dropping the copaxone?

Unfortunately in most states drug laws don't allow you to get refunds, even if you're talking about sealed new packages.   Have you tried to call the Copaxone help line (all these drug manufacturers have one) and ask?

Another thought might be to call your doctor and see if they're willing to take it and pass it on to someone else, assuming you don't need it anymore.
...I am not a doctor, nor health professional, and don't pretend to be one, here.....

I do not think you can get a refund unless you notified that pharmacy to no longer ship the med.   If you are no longer taking copaxone you need to contact the pharmacy and stop future shipments.  I tried to give my leftover capaxone to my neuro, but he said that legally he could not take it and give it to someone else. He was going to give me the name of a patient but never did.  If you want to give it away, maybe your local MS society knows someone who could use it.
