Hi guys!

After panicking myself half to death over the mri of neck it is clear!!!!!!!!!! woo hoo!  first good news in a while was also concerned could have been new tumor so I am happy yeah    Does this mean I do not have ms after all as there are no lesions on my spine? mri reason stated ?MS following white matter lesions on mri head, tremors following gamma knife on falx meningioma??????? (think they make things up as they go along gamma not known to give tremors)...results with/without contrast normal-unremarkable

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Carolyn

All this really means is basically what it said...there are no new lesions visible on the MRI. This does not mean that you could not go on to develop MS (lesions aren't always visible on an MRI), but it MIGHT mean that the doctor will be looking for other reasons for your symptoms.
...I am not a doctor, nor health professional, and don't pretend to be one, here.....

Good to hear good news for you Carolyn!

I'd just wait on the doctor... it's a long process requiring lots of patience.  I happen not to show any lesions but that doesn't mean they aren't there as Uppity pointed out. As my neuro told me this last week, before there were MRI's we used to dx MS and we still do. :) So hang tight, and wait and see. Hoping your news just keeps getting better and better!
