I'm so depressed right now. I finally got the results of my thyroid test from my er trip on Fri and of course like I expected them to be they are normal. I also asked for an mri but since I have an appointment next tues with my gp I have to wait. My right leg is refusing to really cooperate with me today. Whenever my head isn't being supported It starts to shake horribly and I feel like I have parkinsons or something.
My upper lip on the right umm is kind of like curling, umm spasming I guess? It did this to me last yr too for a while but I assumed it was my anti-dep. though now im on different ones. I just don't know anymore. I would go to the er if I thought something would actually get done but lately you goto the er they look at you for two seconds say ok we cant find a cause ur blood work comes back fine go home. *** kind of help is that?
I feel so completely hopeless right now. I have Bipolar disorder and I came so far this past yr on my own without meds to making myself happy and I've done so incredibly well changing o much of my life but now with all of this going on I am losing all faith I have in myself. This is the most frustrating thing right now.
I remember the first time my leg really acted up I was always so terrified it would happen again and now look almost exactly four yrs later :( Le sigh.
Oh yeah and does anyone else have arthritis in their knees? I was told I did a couple yrs ago cus I have signifcant knee pain and my knees are getting worse and keep popping and locking on me.
And does anyone else get the numbness, vibrating sensation in their kneecaps??? Is that a sign of MS or something else? Im so lost.

Hi there, and good day. Regardless of what is going on with u - it could be a number of things - but what ever it is, the stress that you are putting your self through will amplify what ever is going on.  I know that this is easier said then done, but u are going to have to find a way of reducing this stress - take your mind off things, etc....Is there someone there that you can talk to - a friend, a family member, someone who will take the time to listen to your concerns - get it off your chest so to speak.

Try to find something that will take your mind off this, if you have no one to talk to, or after you have spoken to someone...again the stress is going to manisfest the problems even more for u.

Watch a favorite movie, read a book, relax and try to get some rest - eat some comfort food - things as such.

It's really difficult to tell you what is wrong with u at this stage, as all of the symptoms that you are suggesting could be a number of things, including stress itself.  You do have a doctor's appointment coming up here right away - so make sure as suggested - that you write down all of your sympotms, not leaving any out - including the stress and anxieety and panic that you are experiencing right now....

Sorry that you are going thru all of this right now, its not nice, I know - but it is all going towork out for u.....

Thanks for the support. I've tried talking to people to get it off my chest but it seems to just escalate my thought's. The symptom's I listed in this post alone are not nearly all of the symptoms i've been experiencing oer the last four yrs (at the least). But I think im going to try and get some more sleep. My body is exhausted and everytime I walk upstairs my legs get soooo tired about half way up to whee I came to a near crawl. Anyway again thanks muchly for your support. And if I thought I could concentrate long enough I would try to read a book but I can barely concentrate long enough to write this lol.

It sounds like rest and some TLC is what you need the most - so nap as much as u need to, as this really does help with everything - if you are exhausted, well this too will complicate matters, and it also allows the mind to wander and think too much

Have a nice nap

Gary
