I'm sorry for what u'r going thru. I know how hard this is on u and how this is taking it's toll on u'r body. If u'r not sleeping, at least be resting. I know u'r tired and have no strength, so just stop and lay down as much as u'r able to do. That resting will give back to u'r body and help some.
I know this may seem lightweight, but it may help. My mother in law had years and years of non sleep and finally her doc told her to use melatonin...an over the counter sleep aid that u'r body naturally has anyway. Yes, it's a supplement. It worked! U'r situation is diff of course and may require prescription meds. BEFORE trying this med please do discuss it with u'r doc. Even supplements need to be talked over with u'r doc when u have a chronic disease and are also taking other prescription meds. Best wishes friend. I know u'r feeling at u'r wits end on this. Sleep deprivation puts u at a new low, but hang in there. It will get better.
