Hi All

I had my brain MRI this morning, I will get the results tomorrow.

After about 20 mins of scanning, the radiologist came in and injected some contrast, and took some more images. Should I read anything into this, or is this standard procedure? My neurosurgeon didn't request contrast.

Also, the radiologist changed the time of my cervical spine MRI saying I need to have it during regular hours in case the radiologist needs to use contrast on me again. So my cervical spine MRI is now being done at 12:45, instead of 6pm on July 9th.

Will be in touch tomorrow.

Thanks for listening turn

Well it is odd that you were given the contrast since it was not requested.
