Monday p.m.

Hello everyone:  No, this is not a post from Bluto calling for a toga party as in Animal House.

I thought I'd pass on my experiences with a VHS tape I purchased about a year ago, Yogability and You, a yoga tape for us MS'ers.  I had read about it in Inside MS, the quarterly MS Society magazine.

It is a 60 minute tape of very mild, but very effective, Yoga.  Everyone participating is in the seated position.  It is not any of the crazy Yoga stuff you have seen some of those people do.

Everyone is seated....the music is calm and soothing...the instructor is very effective.

I highly recommend it.   http://www.yogabilityandyou.com

Thank you for posting this John...I have been looking for a yoga routine I can do....which doesn't incorporate too much balance on your feet and hands and knees.  I have recorded some things onto my DVR from FitTV but I don't have the strength or balance to be able to do much of what they are teaching.  I do spend lots of time in my mom's pool which is great exercise for me...I do lots of stretching and the resistance of the water makes it good exercise.
