Seems that when I get the least bit stressed about something, my left hand starts to twitch/spasm (my left is my bad side-have 2 cm black hole). It will move back and forth. My hands and feet also get very tingly and tight. Anyone experience the same thing?

Hi Jena,

Stress can definately make symptoms worse. My husbands gets really bad tremors and spasms when stressed and also the fatigue gets much worse too. This heat isn't helping matters much either!! Hope you are staying cool.

For me definitely.  I have 3 girls, and as much as I love them, the volume in our house can only be gauged by NASA.  Sometimes it's so much I can feel my stress level rise then my symptoms flare.  I think most people with MS have this problem.

Prayers,

Christine
