I have been having the "MS fog" for what feels like forever...I cant even remember a time I didnt have it anymore...just never had a name for it. But it always goes away with time. Anyhow...I have had this "fog" on my brain for over a week now straight...I go to sleep and it's there..I wake up and it's there...Is this an exberation...or just something that comes and goes just because I have MS? I just feel so out of it,slow to react,etc...Should I tell my neuro?

YES!!! Tell ur neuro! there are BEAUTIFUL meds that can help! I currently take provigil, which really helps with the fatigue. It is costly as well =( but Montel Williams is in a commercial that talks about aide for prescript meds, I can't remeber the name but I have called them before. A cheaper med that some take is Ritalin...
