I just wondered if any of you guys have ever woken up in the middle of the night soooo hot but no persperation,  Your body feels like a furnace and it's not uncomfortable or unbearable but it does wake me up.  I don't sleep all that well anyway but I never required alot of sleep but all my life I have always been more on the cold side, esspecially in the winter and had the covers all the way up to my neck.  Just a thought.

I too experience this. I am on avonex and I think it contributes to the "inside furnace" feeling! Also, I take extrogen replacement and I wonder sometimes if the Avonex or MS contribute to it not working right.

Hi Auggie,

Yes my husband experiences this as well.  He gets hot quite easily though and most nights he can't use covers at all.  He's much more comfortable with no covers or just a light sheet.

On a side note, I noticed most of your posts are in all caps.  Caps are difficult to read and also against forum rules as it can be considered shouting, so I edited the post above to remove the caps but didn't change the content.  Thanks for your understanding with your future posts :-)
