Well, hormone levels are all normal.  Everything is normal, I am very blessed, but very frustrated.  I go back to the neuro on Tuesday.  I am going to suggest the evoked potential testing, see what she says.  I think I have a sinus infection, just called the doc to call in a prescription.  I had "EXCESSIVE" sinus thickening in the ethmoid sinuses and frontal, took an antibiotic, I just think it never went away.  I have a constant ache next to my nose, and above it, and bending over makes it worse. Oh yes, the lovely green color also. I'm a mess.  Talk again soon!!! Hey Jenny

Well that's great!!! At least u've been tested and can try to move forward for now. I say for now because we both know that still may be an issue (hormones). I was tested and all was normal, yet my doc feels i'm in early menopause. Hummm...go figure. I know how u feel...it just seems that no matter what direction u go in for answers u get none. Hang in there...we all know how u feel and understand u'r frustration. Get the sinus infection under control first and then u'll more likely be able to pin point all the symptoms that remain and need most attention now. If there are none...good! I'm not sure how much good the evoked pot's. test will do now. My first neuro didn't feel it was needed and didn't order it. My second opinion doc wanted to test everything to be sure we'd done everything possible to determine what was going on...and when i had that test done it was normal too. So the moral of my story is that if the doc doesn't suggest it or if, after u suggest it, he says it's not needed...u may be better off letting it go for now. Sometimes waiting and letting things develop (or clear up hopefully!) is the best possible next move. I'm not saying not to ask about it, but if he doesn't feel it's needed now, just hang on and don't get frustrated. With something like ms, if it's there...in time it WILL show up somewhere. Thanks so much for letting me know how u are and how things went on the test. Keep us posted!! :)
